Emergency Service Quick Tips
The first goal of our emergency plumbing service is to stop or prevent serious damage to your property. The second goal is to restore service. Check out our services and our quick tips for navigating an emergency.

Burst Pipes
Locate and shut off the main water to your home as soon as possible. If you live in a residential neighborhood, the mainline shut-off is usually located in or next to the sidewalk in front of your home.

Clogged Drains

Tankless Water Heaters
Unplug for ten minutes, and then plug it back in. Plumbing emergencies can often be a symptom of a greater problem. When you call us for your emergency, we will work on solving the immediate problem while also providing a plan for a sustainable solution.

No Hot Water in Electric Water Heaters
Check your breaker panel for a tripped breaker. If the breaker is tripped, there is usually a reason that needs to be addressed.

Gas Water Heaters
Check the pilot light to see if it is lit, and if not, try relighting it. In some cases, you may have to relight the light.

Clogged Toilets
For regular clogs, try using a plunger. If there is a known non-flushable object you are unable to retrieve, don’t continue to flush.
